Getting started with Early Pathway Intervention Services is designed to be supportive, clear, and family-centered. From referral through ongoing services, our team guides families through each step of the process.
A referral may come from a parent or guardian, physician, school, daycare, therapist, service coordinator, or community provider. Our team reviews the referral information to better understand your child's needs and determine appropriate next steps.
An Early Pathway team member contacts the family to introduce the program, answer questions, explain services, gather additional information, and schedule intake or next steps.
